'A fairytale': Mum-of-three in tears as she delivers sextuplets within four minutes on Sweet Home Sextuplets

Eric and Courtney Waldrop had their hands full with three young boys.

But while trying to conceive for their fourth child, they discovered they were expecting not one but six babies.

In an episode of Sweet Home Sextuplets – which you can watch for free on 9Now – Courtney gave birth to a set of sextuplets and the Waldrop kids soon became nine.

"I'm feeling scared, everything's running through my head," said Courtney ahead the birth.

At 30 weeks pregnant, and with a high-risk pregnancy, Courtney was advised to have an emergency C-section.

"My biggest fear is that something is going to be wrong with the babies, or something is going to happen to me," she admitted.

With surgery in prep, the parents welcomed 'Baby A' – a healthy baby boy.

Four minutes later, all six babies had arrived.

"It's almost like you're living in a fairytale," beamed the mother-of-nine.

As mum to three sons – Saylor, eight, and twins Bridge and Wales, five – Courtney admitted that parenting boys was all she knew.

But all that changed when they added three girls (Rawlings, Rivers and Rayne) and three more boys (Blu, Layke, and Tag) to the brood.

Their first morning home was quite the "chaotic" challenge.

"They're all crying, they're all needing us at the same time, so we're just trying to figure out the best way to do it," Eric told cameras.

"This is where the chaos begins," said mum Courtney.
